SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders for delivery within the UK are £5 Sent by Evri.. £12 if you would prefer it to be sent by Royal Mail. Delivery time is next day guaranteed delivery for orders received before 4pm.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email when dispatched.
Please note that orders placed by 4pm on Friday for next day guaranteed will be delivered on Monday.
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. All deliveries are made between 9am - 1pm, which would need to be signed for (except bank holidays).
Failure to sign for the delivery would result in the package being sent back to your local postal depot for collection.
International orders for delivery outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail Airsure, which is charged at £25. Delivery time is 5-7 working days.
Express International orders for delivery is charged at £65.
International signed for orders to Africa are sent by DHL.
Delivery time is 2-3 working days and is charged at £70. Delivery time for all International orders should be received before 4pm
GMT.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email when dispatched.
Both standard and express services are track-able online.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At JUSTWIGS, we take pride in making sure our customers are super happy with our products. We have really strict quality control to make sure you get the absolute best human hair extensions and lace systems. All our hair products come straight from where they're originally from and are made by really skilled craftsmen in the industry.

As part of our quality assurance measures, we inspect every order carefully before we ship it out. We want to keep up the high standards our customers deserve. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we can't offer refunds. however exchanges may be accepted subject to the terms and conditions below:

- We can exchange a purchased product for something of equal value if returned within 72 hours after the recorded receipt of the item.
- For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns or exchanges if the hair has been trimmed, cut, brushed, styled, lace’s been cut, curls been brushed out/ touched.
- You'll need to cover the shipping and handling costs, so we suggest using a courier with tracking and delivery confirmation. We can't be responsible for lost packages.
- We need to get the item back before we can do the exchange.
- Customized lace wigs, lace frontals, and lace closures can't be returned or exchanged once you've placed your order.

If you don't meet any of these conditions, we might have to say no to an exchange. We hope you understand!
